Security Policy User Responsibilities

You are individually responsible for protecting the data and information in your hands. Security is everyone's responsibility. Information is a valuable, protected, priceless asset. Use the resources at your disposal only for the benefit of Regency Pacific and/or the facilities it manages. Understand that you are accountable for what you do on the system. If you observe anything unusual, tell your supervisor. Do not write down your password. Do not share or disclose your password to anyone other than your immediate supervisor. This information is only available for you to use when you are an employee of a Regency Pacific managed community. It is not for your use or dissemination after employment with Regency Pacific ends. Failure to comply with the Regency Pacific security policy may lead to disciplinary and/or other legal action.
