• Registered Dietitian maintains optimal nutrition for all residents
• Discharge planning and training with residents and their family to allow them to manage illnesses and function independently in their own home.
• Licensed Therapist provides physical and speech therapy, as well as occupational therapy for residents who may be recovering from major surgery, neurological and orthopedic conditions and other illnesses, injuries or disabilities.
