Mt. Baker Care Center is located in the Historic Fairhaven District on the south side of Bellingham, Washington, just minutes from I-5. The 70-bed skilled nursing community is close to shopping, parks, walking trails, city bus line and a variety of other senior communities, including independent senior apartments, senior mobile home parks, and senior condominium communities.

Summit Place Assisted Living is located at Mt. Baker Care Center.  Summit Place offers a wide variety of assisted living services for residents who are able to move to a more independent setting when the time is right.
